When you arrive at our Bagshot salon, one of our stylists will offer you our drinks menu. We have a range of different beverages to choose from, including pink lemonade, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolates, green teas and more. If you are in need of a milk alternative, please just ask! Once you have chosen a drink, our stylist will talk you through the desired look you wish to achieve with the blow dry – whether that be loose, bouncy curls or a straighter look with inward curling ends.
At this point, please feel free to show us any images you may have of the desired look you wish to achieve. If you are not sure how you want your blow dry to be styled, please do not worry. Our stylists are extremely experienced and will be able to provide you with a blow dry that suits your hair type, face shape and style. Sit back and relax!
VIEW PRICES
Before we blow dry the hair, we will need to wash it. Here at Belle Amour, we make sure to use only silicone-free, cruelty-free and vegan Paul Mitchell shampoos and conditioners. These products are award winning, leaving the hair clean and revitalised. Before your hair is washed, your hairstylist will analyse the condition and type of your hair so that we can make sure to use the right products for your hair needs. This may be to add moisture, defrizz, protect colour or add volume.
While your hair is being washed, our team will show you what products are being used and how to use them so you know how to care for your hair. At Belle Amour, we always wash the hair twice with shampoo: once to break down the product, and the second time to remove the build up of dirt. Hair is towel dried before the condition is applied. This allows the conditioner to penetrate the hair, sealing the cuticles. The result is hair that is smoother and shinier! Sit back in our back massaging chairs and relax while the product is being washed out.
Once the wash is complete, we will towel wrap your hair and take you over to your seat for the next stage of your blow dry. All of our towels are biodegradable so that we can do our bit for the planet.
VIEW SERVICES
When we blow dry your hair at Belle Amour, we will also teach you how to do it yourself at home. Whether you are looking for a bouncy blow dry, or something natural and glossy, we will make sure to meet your needs. After your wash, our stylists will apply a heat protectant and any other products suited to your hair condition after towel drying your hair. We always let our customers know what products we are using, should they want to purchase them after for home use. After this, we will get started on the blow dry.
During the blow dry in our Bagshot salon, you can learn how to blow dry your own hair. We understand that our customers want to get that same silky salon look at home, so we will show you exactly what you need to do. Our stylists will patiently show you how to section the hair, which brushes to use and how to use the hairdryer and brush to get your desired look!
Once the blow dry is complete, we can go through the hair with a styling tool if you wish. This completely depends on your desired final aesthetic and our stylists will provide you with advice on how best to achieve this look.
